To make this card you will need:
Campervan stamp from Colourific
Catherine Pooler mini ink set - Life of the party
Watercolour paints
Versafine Black Onyx
Clear Embossing powderBubble wrapWhite Signa penGlossy accentsStamping cardBlending toolsBlack and yellow card for mounting3D foam padsGems
Here’s how to make it:
Stamp and emboss the Campervan image onto stamping card using the versafine ink pad and clear embossing power.
Using the inks and watercolours paint  in the Campervan.  Once dry highlight areas with the white pen and add Glossy Accents to the headlights.
For the background I blended the red and yellow inks and stamped some bubble wrap in red ink over parts of the background.  Then using the versafine I added a blended border to the outside edge of the background.
Then stamp 3 of the rose heads, stems and leaves to the top corner.
Mount the Campervan onto bottom left of the card using 3D foam pads and attach the ‘21 Today’ sentiment.
Add gems to the corners of the background.
Finish off by mounting onto white, black and yellow card.
There you are, all done and ready for taking a year out and enjoying your trip around the world - IN MY DREAMS 😁. Hope you like it.

Marleen DT - Lets have a cocktail

Hello blogger Friends
and welcome

A very quick post from me today with an equally quick project for
Colourific

Its a one layer card, using only 1 stamp set.
The A5 - Champagne and Cocktails set
Find it in the STORE with all the other amazing stamps.

As I said, its a 1 layer card. I stamped strait onto my craft card using Archival black ink. I did the same with the greeting which is also in the stamp set.
I coloured in using some colouring pencils and voila.. thats literally it..
No fancy stash, so fancy colouring..
Just a good ol' stamp and good ol' colouring in lol..

I love making quick cards like that. simply because not all cards have to be fancy..
And that is it from me for today.
Thank you for popping by and for any comments left behind.

Hibiscus Blossom and Grow Crate - A5 Hibiscus Clear Stamp Set

Good Morning Everyone

Alice here with my first Monday Morning Blog for August.  Where do the weeks all disappear to?  This week I had a little play with the A5 Hibiscus clear stamp set.  This is a lovely stamp to use, and I love all the little swirls and stamens that come with it.  I decided to make a Popup Box Crate with this set and here it is:-

You will find this and all of the stamps used on the Colourific Website here.

Materials Used

A5 Hibiscus Clear Stamp Set
A6 Leaves Clear Stamp Set
A6  Moderne Flowers Stamps Set
A6 Blossom and Grow Stamp Set
Pieces of scrap Acetate
White Card
Scraps of Patterned Paper
Some Die Cut Butterflies
Double Sided Red Tape
Glitter
Gems

  • Stamped 4 of the large and 4 of the small Hibiscus Flowers in different coloured inks.  Also stamped various sizes of flowers from the Moderne Flowers onto scraps of patterned paper.  All flowers were fussy cut and attached to small strips of Acetate with double sided tape.
  • Stamp out various sizes and shapes of the A6 Leaves using different coloured inks to shade the leaves.  These were fussy cut out.
  • The flowers, and some of the leaves were attached to small strips of Acetate with the double sided tape.
  • The box is made using:-
    8 - 6in x 1/2in strips (long sides)
    8 - 2in x  1/2in strips (short side)
4 - 3.75 x 1in strips, scored at 1/2 in down long side (for corners)
    2 - 7in x 1/2 in strips, scored at 1/2in and 6.5 in (for inside slats)
Box is assembled to look like a crate as in the picture.
  • Add the flowers, leaves and butterflies whichever way you wish, making sure that when you fold the box flat it will still go in the envelope.
  • Added some gems and glitter to the centre of the flowers to add some sparkle, then finished off with the Blossom and Grow sentiment.
See you all again next week.  Thank you for looking.

hello

Hello, it's Liz here. Today my card features the Hydrangeas Set. I masked off a section of the card using washi tape. Then I randomly stamped the flowers and coloured. I used a fine tip marker pen to edge the stamped area, I think this gives a nice 'finish'. Added a sentiment and some sequins and job done!

Have you entered the challenge? It's always 'anything goes' so it's nice and easy. There's a gorgeous stamp set up for grabs! All the details are here.

Believe

Happy Friday everybody, Maria hereI've used the Colourific A5 Hibiscus stamp set to make this lovely card.
If you like my card and want to make one like it, here is what you will need:

A5 Hibiscus stamp from Colourific
White watercolour card
Distress Oxide inks in Candied Apple, Twisted Citron, Weathered Wood, Twisted Lemonade
Catherine Pooler Minis set - Life of the party - Lime Rickey, Tiara, Tutti Frutti
PVA Glue
Dark red card
3d Foam Pads
Coloured pencils, I have Faber-Castell Polychromos
Pink Tonic Nuvo Pearl drops
8 x 8 card blank

Here is what I did:
  1. Use the Distress Oxides to make a splodgy background by stamping on a blending mat, adding water and swishing a piece of card through, just smaller than the 8x8" card blank.  Dry with heat gun.
  2. On a smaller piece of watercolour card, wet it with water and stamp the inked up solid flower stamp (I used the medium one) by using the Catherine Pooler Inks, yellow in the middle and red on the outside.  Spritz with water again until the inks all blend together - then dry with heat gun.
  3. Stamp the large solid flower and the swirls onto a separate piece of water coloured card and cut out leaving a small border.
  4. Use a red coloured pencil to colour the inside part of the flower head.
  5. Use a sentiment stamp from your stash and stamp onto a separate piece of card and again, cut it out.
  6. Mount up the cut out images onto the smaller piece of background card using the glue for the flower stems and 3D foam pads for the blossoms.
  7. Add small dots of the Nuvo Pearl Drops to the inside of the flower and let it dry.
  8. Mount this topper onto a piece of dark red card which is cut out slightly larger to give a dark border.
  9. Mount this on an angle onto the Distressed Oxide background, then attach it to an 8 x 8" card Blank.
  10. Finally add the sentiment on a piece of 3D foam.

There you have it, all done.  Don't forget to clean up through the background inking process, it can be quite messy, but that where the fun is!

Hope you enjoy making this card, if you do leave me a message and tell your friends.

Bye for now
Maria

Love Life

Good Morning Monday again.  The weather here has been awful, rain, hail, snow, and sunshine all in the one day! Too wet and cold to go out...
